We want you to be completely in love with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the return and exchange process for all items purchased through our online store.

 

Online Purchases

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


How to Make a Return

  1. Package Your Item: Please ensure your name is clearly written on the package and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Mail Your Return: Send the package to the following address:

Refunds & Processing

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For returns on purchases over €30, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
